1. What you're buying

WhisperBar — an app that records audio and sends it to secure transcription servers. One subscription covers all your Apple devices. 100 hours of transcription per month, shared across your family (up to 6 members).

2. What you're NOT buying

• Unlimited transcription (100 hours/month, shared)
• A lifetime subscription (recurring billing)
• Guaranteed compatibility with future OS versions (we'll try our best)

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your subscription active through Apple
• Use WhisperBar only for lawful purposes
• Do not reverse engineer the application
• Do not redistribute access beyond your family sharing group

4. What we promise

• The app works as described (transcribes audio via secure servers)
• We do not monitor or track your usage
• We do not sell your data
• We provide regular updates and maintain app functionality

5. What we don't promise

• 100% uptime (servers may experience occasional downtime)
• Perfect transcription accuracy (depends on audio quality)
• Custom features for individual users

8. Changes to these terms

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Disputes

Contact us at support@whisperbar.app first. If unresolved, disputes are governed by the laws of California.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in WhisperBar belong to us. You may not use our trademarks, copy the app, or reverse engineer our code without written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.
